Le Figaro by Michel Haddad is a newly introduced Executive Grooming Lounge in Lebanon, offering premium services such as shape-up, beard trimming, haircuts, and manicures as well as pedicures and facials in the Middle East.



Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Spa Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive excellence in service delivery and team performance. In addition to core management duties, this role will also incorporate key responsibilities in talent acquisition to ensure we maintain a high-caliber team.



Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage staff schedules and inventory.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure the spa environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all spa treatments, products, and equipment.
Lead and motivate the spa team to achieve performance targets.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage budgets and control expenses.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive spa revenue.
Contribute to the recruitment process by assisting in identifying staffing needs, screening resumes, and participating in interviews.
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with potential talent sources and recruitment platforms.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Spa Manager, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in spa therapy and management (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC) are highly desirable.
A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proven budget management skills.
Experience or aptitude for participating in recruitment activities
