We are looking for a Senior Culinary Application Specialist to join our team! This exciting role involves providing expert support in developing, implementing, and optimizing culinary applications and solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct culinary training, and develop innovative recipes that align with customer needs and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers regularly through visits and calls.
• Identify new clients and business opportunities across Lebanon and the GCC region.
• Follow weekly routing plans and align tasks with your manager’s priorities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including client acquisition and product expansion.
• Organize customer visits and on-site demos, ensuring materials and shopping lists are prepared.
• Assist in organizing food shows: booking, installation, menu creation, and material preparation.
• Conduct focused training sessions on preparation techniques, yield costs, and customer alignment.
• Provide training to junior technical team members.
• Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and offering demos and technical support.
• Propose innovative solutions based on market trends and strong sales potential.
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities for all products, working with the R&D team.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field. Certification in food safety and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in a culinary or food science role, particularly in culinary applications. Proven expertise in recipe development, food application testing, or culinary product management.
• Skills:
o Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
o Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
o Expertise in food safety and quality assurance.
o Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams and clients.
Location: Zekrit – Maten Lebanon (with regional travel within GCC)
