We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant and sales associate to join our growing online & physical store gifting business. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks related to managing our e-commerce platform, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to multiple facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:
Enter and update product information on the CMS.
Create new product listings and edit existing ones.
Add and remove product images as required.
Optimize product listings for SEO to increase online visibility.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and Giftonclick showroom.
Provide excellent customer support, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
Coordinate with relevant teams/suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, showroom sales, or a related role.
Experience using CMS platforms preferable.
Order processing from start to end


Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with SEO principles and tools.
Good command of Excel or Google Docs.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the gifting industry or a creative mindset is a plus.
