We are looking for a data-driven Executive Performance Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, including PPC, social media ads, programmatic advertising, and SEO. They will be responsible for driving measurable growth, improving ROI, and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Identify the right mix of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Set KPIs and benchmarks for digital campaigns based on business goals.
Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
2. Campaign Execution & Management
Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across search, social, and display networks.
Set up targeted ad campaigns, A/B test creatives, and continuously refine messaging.
Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient ad spend distribution across platforms.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to optimize ad performance.
3. Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other tools.
Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve landing pages and funnel performance.
Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring maximum efficiency.
4. SEO & Organic Growth Contribution
Work closely with the SEO team to ensure holistic performance marketing strategies.
Analyze organic vs. paid performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Optimize content and landing pages for better Quality Score and Ad Rank.
5. Reporting & Insights
Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Communicate performance updates to stakeholders and suggest improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and SnapChat.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO strategies.
Experience managing budgets, ROAS, and CPA optimization.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and reporting skills
