Marketing Manager - Tripoli based

For a Major Lebanese Food Retail company in Tripoli
University degree, preferably in Business Administration, major Marketing from well-reputed universities in Lebanon. MBA or Master’s degree is a definite plus.
Around 10-15 years of marketing experience within well-established local or regional or multinational FMCG or Retail or F&B companies in Lebanon or in the Gulf or abroad with minimum of 3 years as Marketing Manager/Director overseeing the marketing function for multi-companies or affiliates.
Marketing experience in similar Retail and Consumer goods businesses is a definite plus with strong exposure to e-commerce and modern marketing strategies and techniques.
Fluent in Arabic and English, written and oral.
To be based in Tripoli.

Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, offline and customer service channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions using insights to refine marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising, ensuring alignment with customer service, call center and e-commerce teams.
Lead the e-commerce and digital marketing to enhance the online customer journey and drive sales.
Establish KPIs to assess progress and drive improvements and deliver detailed reports on results to management.
Lead and direct the call center, customer service, and e-commerce/ digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Approve and allocate budgets across marketing, customer service and e-commerce to ensure optimal resource use.
Authorize and oversee brand activations, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Excellent leadership and organizing skills. Analytical and creative thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices. Good knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends, SEOs, etc.) and Google AdWords. Customer-oriented approach. Team leader and player. Results Oriented, problem solving.
