We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Inventory Controller to oversee and manage our inventory processes. This role will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory performance.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, replenishment, and forecasting demand.
Develop and implement inventory control systems, policies, and best practices to reduce excess inventory, prevent stockouts, and ensure smooth operations.
Lead regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Utilize inventory management software to track and report on inventory status, trends, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient stock deliveries.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues related to stock levels, product turnover, and lead times.
Train, mentor, and supervise inventory staff, ensuring their professional growth and operational efficiency.
Provide recommendations for improvements to inventory management processes, including automating tasks or implementing new technologies.
Support the senior leadership team in decision-making related to inventory strategies, stock replenishment, and product lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in inventory management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in inventory management,
Strong understanding of inventory management principles, practices, and systems.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
