Prepare & Serve Drinks: Brew espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision.
Customer Service: Take orders with a smile, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Latte Art Skills (Bonus!): Impress customers with beautiful designs in their cappuccinos.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee station spotless and organized.
Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Work Under Pressure: Handle busy rush hours with speed and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Barista is a plus (but training can be provided).
Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of brewing techniques.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail (because the perfect espresso shot is all about precision!).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
