J Consult is a premier HR and Recruitment consultancy agency. We are currently partnering with a distinguished client to recruit an experienced HR OFficer for their operations in Beirut, Lebanon.
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
* Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
* Payroll & Benefits Administration – Assist in processing payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
* HR Policies & Compliance – Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
* Performance Management – Support employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
* Training & Development – Identify training needs and assist in implementing learning programs.
* HR Records & Documentation – Maintain employee files, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
* HR Reporting & Data Management – Prepare reports on workforce analytics, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
* Software Proficiency: HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll software.
* Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism.
* Knowledge of Labor Laws – Familiarity with local employment regulations and compliance requirements.
* Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize HR tasks efficiently
