Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Import and export Manager. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating import-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Import Manager.
Manage the manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
Assist with preparing import documentation, shipping records, and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents.
Handle communication via phone calls and emails on behalf of the manager.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Assist with data entry and maintaining inventory records.
Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Import Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Up to 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
