Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:

Visit healthcare professionals (doctors, specialists, etc.) regularly to present and promote pharmaceutical products.
Provide product samples, literature, and other promotional materials to healthcare providers.
Highlight the features, benefits, and clinical evidence of products to demonstrate their value and efficacy.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare professionals regarding any queries about the company’s products.


Sales and Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize product reach and sales within assigned territories.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Keep track of inventory and ensure timely product availability.


Compliance and Ethical Standards:

Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry codes of practice and relevant health regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related sales is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex medical and scientific information.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, and competitors
