We are looking for a Customer Excellence Manager to lead our customer service strategy, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the customer journey, implementing service improvements, and managing customer feedback effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute customer excellence strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
✅ Monitor customer feedback through various channels (surveys, reviews, social media) and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Proven ability to analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements.
✔ Experience in handling customer relations through digital and traditional platforms.
