We are seeking a highly motivated and fresh graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your knowledge in Post Tensioning and Reinforced Concrete (RC) design while working under close supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine technical design tasks in line with project requirements and CCL standards.
Improve your knowledge and skills in Post Tensioning and RC design techniques.
Apply prescribed engineering techniques and procedures to assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
Understand and adhere to professional and ethical responsibilities in all design work.
Provide accurate and comprehensive data necessary for drawings, aligning with the overall design concept.
Keep thorough records of all technical data used in the design process.
Raise any concerns regarding deviations from design concepts or potential impacts on design assumptions.
Ensure all project documentation is completed effectively and archived in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Technicians to assign tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong academic foundation in design principles, particularly Post Tensioning and RC design (preferred but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and under supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and develop in a professional engineering environment.
Familiarity with relevant design software is a plus.
