RECIPTIONIST

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area. • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently. • Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring that the lobby and reception area are tidy and well-organized. • Coordinate the scheduling of appointments for clients and external visitors, separate from internal meeting schedules. • Handle courier and mail distribution to ensure timely delivery and collection.

Requirements: • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office management systems. • A degree or diploma in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
