  • Reports to GM periodically.
  • Resolves customers’ complaints regarding sales and services.
  • Monitor customer preferences and ensure production department has all needed data to proceed correctly.
  • Manages & Leads cash vans and advises them about policies and operating procedures.
  • Confers with potential customers regarding product needs and advises customers on the type of product to purchase.
  • Ensures that customer requirements are fully met.
  • Plans & directs staff in cooperation with HR department to ensure sales strategies & actions accomplishment.
  • Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Assesses marketing potential of new and existing store locations & customers.
  • Handles and directs export and foreign sales.
  • Makes sure all export goods comply with foreign requirements & standards
  • Visits franchise stores to ensure compliance with company regulations and to handle sales issues.
  • Coordinates with accounting department to ensure payments from customers are settled on time
  • Develops and evaluates marketing strategies based on market characteristics and cost knowledge.
  • Formulates and coordinates marketing activities in cooperation with promotion & advertising office.
  • Develops pricing strategy.
  • Initiates market research regarding market conditions, existing & potential competitors.
  • Undertakes any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management.


Job Location: Tripoli & Akkar - North Lebanon

Skills

  • Able to deal with suppliers, consumers and distributors.
  • An experienced professional with the ability to handle customers and distributors.
  • Must possess persuasive abilities to draw in more clients.
  • Must be an expert in customer retention and acquisition.
  • Bachelor degree in Business marketing or business administration or project management or any related filed (MBA in marketing is a plus).
  • Min 7 years’ experience in similar field.
