About the Role:

Are you passionate about sales and customer relationships? We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Tanmia. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Expand customer base by acquiring new clients and exploring untapped markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales goals
• Research and identify potential new customers and business opportunities
• Make proactive sales calls and schedule meetings with prospects
• Conduct product or service presentations and demos to showcase value to clients
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address client needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position products/services

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferable in a retail industry.
• Education: High school diploma. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, customer-focused mindset, persuasiveness, time management and problem-solving skills.
