- Located: in Achrafieh
- Working schedule:
Mon to Fri : 9 to 5pm
20 Saturdays per year from 9 to 1h30pm during the months of May to Sept + Dec
- Salary: 1,000$ the 1st month, + insurance effective starting 4th month (post-probation period) + events paid extra
- Main Tasks:
- accounting basics: invoicing, payments + collection, reports, procurement
- client relations, meetings,
- coordinate with the HR admin, with the auditor,
- involvement in strategies development and internal events
- presence at events for quality control (paid extra),
- report to CEO and COO
- contribute to new ideas and solutions,
- help implement new projects
Skills
Requirements:
- basic accounting knowledge & experience (preferably on pims)
- excellent in excel
- very fluent in French [speaking / writing]
- at least 4 years of experience
- owning a drivers license and living in Achrafieh surroundings
