Mon to Fri : 9 to 5pm

20 Saturdays per year from 9 to 1h30pm during the months of May to Sept + Dec

  • Salary: 1,000$ the 1st month, + insurance effective starting 4th month (post-probation period) + events paid extra


  • Main Tasks:
  • accounting basics: invoicing, payments + collection, reports, procurement
  • client relations, meetings,
  • coordinate with the HR admin, with the auditor,
  • involvement in strategies development and internal events
  • presence at events for quality control (paid extra),
  • report to CEO and COO
  • contribute to new ideas and solutions,
  • help implement new projects

Skills

Requirements:

  • basic accounting knowledge & experience (preferably on pims)
  • excellent in excel
  • very fluent in French [speaking / writing]
  • at least 4 years of experience
  • owning a drivers license and living in Achrafieh surroundings
