Junior Secretary

The Union of Arab Chambers is looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior secretary to gain hands-on experience in office administration and support daily operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Qualifications & Skills:
• A degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Arabic & English language proficiency.
• No prior experience required, but internships or administrative experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
