We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support to join our IT team with the following qualifications:
• Key Responsibilities:
Resolving IT support requests from employees
Good knowledge in Active directory domain and services
Good knowledge in Networking
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Changing configurations and settings to fix computer issues
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Updating employees on the status of their service requests
Providing daily report on completed and pending tasks

• Experience: between 1 and 3 years
• Education: Bachelor degree or Technical Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize issues effectively.
• Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 8 am till 3:30 pm
