We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an audit. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant during both morning and night shifts, overseeing financial reconciliations, and maintaining correct cash process. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background organizational skills and attention to details

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports for the previous day’s sales and expenses.
- Review and audit all transactions, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Ensure that all reports and receipts are accurate and in compliance with the restaurant’s policies.
- Conduct an inventory count of food and beverage supplies at the beginning of the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure all transactions for the day are properly recorded, and discrepancies are addressed.
- Prepare daily financial reports for management.
- Perform closing procedures for the restaurant and ensure proper cash handling.
- Confirm that all departments, including food and beverage, are properly accounted for and that all bills are closed.
- Handle any end-of-day tasks, ensuring the restaurant’s accounts and reports are completed on time.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate logs for audits, including cash register and credit card reports.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in accounting and auditing
- Knowledge of accounting software, Excel, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work both morning and night shifts, including weekends
