Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding programs.
• Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a harmonious work environment.
• Oversee performance management, including appraisals and development plans for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws and company policies.
• Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee development.
• Handle payroll processes and oversee employee benefits administration.
• Conduct regular HR audits and report to senior management on key HR metrics.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or leadership roles.
• Thorough knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and HR standards.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HR ERP systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
