Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and motivation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Oversee pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and handle client queries effectively.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales of tires, or car batteries, or car oils.
Prior sales experience in the Gulf region or with a well-established company in Lebanon is an advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in ERP Tools .
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
