Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Address employee relations and mediate workplace issues effectively.
• Ensure company compliance with Lebanese labor laws and regulations.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Process payroll and administer employee benefits.
• Promote employee engagement and foster a supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
• Familiarity with HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
