  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, and professional platforms) to source qualified candidates for engineering, project management, consulting, and support roles.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with universities, communities, syndicates, and other applicant sources to proactively cultivate a robust and diverse talent pipeline, enhance company’s employer brand, and ensure early access to top emerging talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical, professional, and cultural fit criteria.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from posting vacancies to onboarding new employees.
  • Promote company’s brand and values, ensuring potential candidates understand our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
  • Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
