Job Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally as they enter the gym.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and assisting members with various needs.
Handle membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
Answer phone calls/messages, respond to emails, and manage reservations for classes and personal training sessions.
Assist in processing payments and billing inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed to support the gym’s operations.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude
