Cafeteria Counter Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking food orders and answering any questions about the menu.
Serving Food: Serve food items, including Prepacked Salads and sandwiches, beverages, and desserts.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the counter area clean and organized.
Stocking: Replenish food stations, beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed. Ensure supplies are always available for customers.
Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash and credit card payments from customers. Ensure the register is balanced and correctly reflects all sales.
Promoting Sales: Occasionally promote daily specials or suggest additional items to customers to increase sales.
Following Health & Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety guidelines, including safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer service is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Location: ESA Business School – Clemenceau (Cafeteria Managed by Food & Design Catering)
Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 am till 17:00 pm
