1. Social Media Content Management (Organic):
o Develop, schedule, and execute content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) based on the brand's voice and marketing goals.
o Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts are timely, relevant, and aligned with seasonal campaigns or promotions.
o Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to create impactful content that drives organic engagement and brand awareness.
o Collaborate with other team members to integrate marketing campaigns and product launches into social media content.
o Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and on-brand manner.
2. Content Creation & Shooting in Stores:
o Coordinate and execute in-store photoshoots and video shoots for social media, ensuring the content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and marketing strategy.
o Work closely with store teams to schedule shoot times, ensure proper setup, and create compelling visuals in-store environments.
o Capture high-quality imagery and video content that can be used across social platforms and for other marketing purposes.
o Collaborate with the creative team to edit and finalize visuals for distribution across digital channels.
3. Reporting & Analysis:
o Track and report on the performance of organic social media content, analysing engagement and reach metrics to optimize future strategies.
o Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team on how to improve content and campaigns based on data and trends.
4. Brand Consistency & Messaging:
o Ensure all content created, both online and in-store, aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and overall marketing strategy.
o Work with the creative team to develop new content ideas that are fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure that all content supports broader marketing initiatives.
o Support other marketing activities as needed, such as email marketing, influencer partnerships, and event promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media content management and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
