A leading plastic factory is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and strict safety compliance. This role involves coordinating team activities, optimizing workflow, and troubleshooting production issues to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
• May require working in shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
