Position Summary / Job Brief:

The Admin & HR Responsible major role is to oversee both the human resources and administrative functions of our organization. The role requires a highly organized professional with strong leadership, excellent
communication skills, and a proactive approach to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling day-to-day HR responsibilities while ensuring administrative
operations run efficiently.


Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional HR certification


Required Experience & Certificates:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative managerial roles.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Tasks and Duties

Human Resources Management:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Administration Management:

Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring that office procedures are effective and align with organizational policies.
Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-equipped workplace.
Coordinate the management and upkeep of facilities, including workspace planning, security, and health and safety compliance.
Organize and supervise facility-related projects such as office relocations or renovations.
Provide leadership to administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate and confidential records, including legal data, compliance documents, and operational logs.
Implement and manage document control systems to ensure easy access and proper archiving of records.
Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Assist in budget preparation and financial management related to administrative functions.
Monitor expenses, process invoices, and support budget planning for office operations.
Facilitate effective communication between management and staff through meetings, memos, and digital communication platforms.
