Human Resources Specialist

  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and support onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and escalating issues when needed.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and promotion letters.
  • Manage attendance records and leave tracking systems.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by tracking evaluations and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans with managers.
  • Help identify training needs and assist in coordinating training programs.
  • Track employee development plans and certifications.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and overtime data.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs and answering related inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in a human resources role.
  • Experience in handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR compliance.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
