Duties and Responsibilities:
● Staff Management:
- Supervising face trainers and host(s), monitoring daily operations and quality to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure SOP’s are consistently implemented.
● Health and Safety:
- Ensure high hygiene standards, health and safety protocols are maintained as per local requirements.
● Scheduling:
- Organizing and monitoring the schedules of subordinate staff, optimizing staff and service availability.
● System and Reporting:
- Proficiently using the system to ensure team competence and produce monthly reports for management to provide insights and performance analysis.
- Keep track of churned and retained clients. ● Recruitment:
- Participating in the recruitment of the team as per the company procedures.
● Human Resources:
- Handle onboarding of staff, manage training plans, and perform various HR related duties as per the operations needs
● Marketing:
- Perform marketing related activities (taking photos and videos for social media, executing the printing of packages for events, coordinating with influencers, videographers, adapting newsletter, etc.)
● Stock:
- Keep track of stock by ensuring stock takes are done in a timely manner and counter checking the stock counts.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
● Fluent in English

● Leadership skills and a great sense of responsibility with attention to detail
