Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Receive and confirm customer orders, ensuring all necessary details are accurate
* Enter orders into the system to initiate the fulfillment process
* Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, warehouse, and shipping, to ensure timely delivery of orders
•Manage changes to orders, such as cancellations, additions, or modifications
* Handle customer inquiries about the status of their orders, delivery dates, or any other questions related to the order
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in order processing or a similar role
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Strong MS office and Excel skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
