A retail company in Beirut- Hamra is looking for an Area Manager to join its team as soon possible.
Job Description:
• Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Lead a team of section managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
• Monitors new joiners’ performance, follow up their training & reporting a detailed written training progress to the HR department within the assigned area.
• Reports to HR department low performance employee who needs replacement or who violates the company’s policies & should sign a warning.
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues

Requirements:
• Excellent English Written and Spoken Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office literacy.
• Must be Punctual/reliable & Responsible and a passion for excellence
• Abe to handle pressure and priorities at any time
• BA in business administration, retail management or similar field
• Lives in Beirut
• Age between 25 and 40
• Male
