  • Compare various insurance policies and suggest the most suitable plans.
  • Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date on new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to process applications and resolve issues.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Consultant, Advisor, or Agent.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance types and coverage options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
