Cold Section Chef

Responsibilities:
1- Prepare all kinds of dishes with the focus on “Cold Section” .
2- Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality food and service.
3- Constantly be alert on freshness, presentations and temperature of food served in restaurants or functions.
4- Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
5- Following directions provided by the head chef.
6- Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.


Requirements:
1- 5 plus years of experience working in a similar role.
2- Ability to work well in a team.
3- Hospitality Degree.
4- Good communication skills
