IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless IT operations, and implementing strategic IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the organization’s IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide escalation support.
Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, systems, and networks.
Align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster response plans.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2+ years in IT management or a senior technical role.
Proficiency in network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with cybersecurity tools and compliance standards.
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
