Graphic Designer Vacancy

Responsibilities:


Develop innovative and visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
Design promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, posters, and banners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project progress effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives for various projects, including print materials, digital assets, and social media content.
Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Handling social media posts and content creation.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Produce high-quality digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics, social media visuals, and email newsletters.
Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access for future use.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects, including, print materials, and digital assets. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design software.
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Familiarity with digital design best practices, including web and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent eye for details.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving design requirements and changing priorities.
