Junior Accountant (Financial Data Entry) - Jdeydeh

The Junior Accountant will receive training and work at a leading audit firm located in Jdeydeh.

Financial Data Entry:
o Accurately input financial transactions into the company’s accounting software or system.
o Ensure all financial records, such as invoices, receipts, and payments, are accurately recorded and classified.
o Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
o Assist in maintaining the general ledger by entering journal entries.

Reconciliation:
o Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
o Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable balances.
o Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports as needed.

Invoice and Payment Processing:
o Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
o Monitor and track outstanding invoices and payments.
o Prepare payment schedules and assist with payment processing
