A renowned French Bistro in Beirut Downtown is seeking to recruit a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie - Cold Section who will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality cold dishes, including appetizers, salads, and desserts, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of cold kitchen techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Work on rotating shifts
