Make sure everybody is working safe, successfully completing their job, and following all food safety policies
Figure out processing schedules, and create plans to continuously improve quality and efficiency
Inspect the quality and safety of products at different stages to make sure all products are up to standard
Help to present the company’s brand and maintain the corporate image
Set up equipment and ensure that all the jobs are manned
Complete production and maintenance reports
Give performance feedback to employees and management
