*Key Responsibilities:
.Social Media Strategy:
-Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
-Identify target audiences, key messaging, and social media platforms that best align with the brand.
-Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
.Content Creation & Management:
-Create, curate, and schedule content (text, images, videos) for multiple social media platforms.
-Ensure all content is on-brand, aligns with the client's voice, and supports campaign goals.
-Work with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy.
.Account Management & Client Communication:
-Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring social media strategies are aligned.
-Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
.Community Engagement:
-Monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
-Foster positive online communities by actively interacting with followers and encouraging brand engagement.
-Manage and moderate online discussions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
-Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations to improve social media performance.
-Adjust strategies based on data and feedback to optimize campaign results.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
-Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
-Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts for different brands or clients.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
