Job Title: Store Manager and Bakery Assistant

Job Summary: This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a small store, managing the Toters app for order processing, and assisting with dessert preparation by baking or heating items in the oven. The individual must ensure smooth store operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor and restock inventory to avoid shortages.
• Manage orders received through the Toters app, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
• Update the app with accurate product listings, prices, and availability.
• Track order statuses and resolve any issues with customers or delivery personnel.
• Prepare and bake desserts by placing pre-made or packaged items in the oven.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality •
• ⁠Package and display baked goods attractively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in retail or store management.

• Familiarity with using apps like Toters for order management.
• Basic baking skills and knowledge of oven operation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
