Operations Officer

Nine Zero Cleaning Services is looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Officer to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high service quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or facilities services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning teams and ensure they meet performance and quality standards.

Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage at client sites.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.

Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to company policies.

Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Prepare reports on operations, staff performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:
Experience in operations, facility management, or a related field.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and safety regulations is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.

Valid driver’s license (preferred).
