Vision Servo - Lebanon - Beirut
Location: On-site in Choueifat, Lebanon
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to assigned countries, including Africa and the MENA Region.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong background in selling corporate plastic molds and handling high-ticket B2B sales. The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Industrial Engineering or a BA in Sales & Marketing & must be fluent in French, and preferably proficient in English. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who is willing to travel extensively across Africa and the MENA region to develop new business relationships, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Sales:
o Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients for corporate product molds.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Africa and the MENA region.
o Handle high-ticket sales negotiations and close deals with corporate clients.
• Account Management & Client Relations:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
o Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy Implementation:
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
o Develop customized sales proposals and presentations to address client requirements.
o Work closely with the sales team to enhance brand visibility in target markets and report to the Sales Manager.
• Travel & Regional Expansion:
o Frequently travel across Africa and the MENA region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company in industrial events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in selling corporate product molds or high-ticket B2B sales.
o Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Good Knowledge in CRM system.
o Fluency in French is required; English proficiency is highly preferred.
o Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
o Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse business cultures.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
