A reputable contracting firm in Hamra is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a Civil Engineering degree and at least 10 years of proven expertise in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality control. This role requires leadership skills to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and ensure project milestones are met.

Oversee on-site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Manage client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Supervise and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master’s).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
