Receptionist Agent

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist Agent to join our team at our 5-star hotel in Ashrafieh. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, seamless check-in/out, and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently, and provide personalized service.
Reservations & Bookings: Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations via the hotel's system.
Guest Inquiries: Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Billing & Payments: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and French (a plus).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
