Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Associate to join our Development Department. This is an entry-level role suitable for a fresh graduate or a student pursuing an electrical engineering or related degree.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter technical and project-related data into the company's systems.
• Assist in reviewing and updating electrical and lighting-related data as needed.
• Provide basic administrative support, including organizing files, reports, and communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background: Fresh graduate or currently studying in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal systems.
