We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our team in designing and developing innovative infrastructure solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and codes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software
- LEED AP or other sustainability certifications
