Job Purpose:
The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a fast-paced digital media and content creation environment. This role ensures the seamless execution of multimedia projects, manages workflows across departments, and optimizes resource allocation to support creative and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate end-to-end content production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production workflows.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to align production outputs with brand strategy and content goals.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and allocation of human and technical resources across concurrent projects.
Implement efficient operational systems to support scalability, consistency, and quality in content delivery.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and progress reports to leadership.
Ensure compliance with content rights, licensing agreements, and digital publishing standards.
Foster continuous improvement by integrating digital tools and automation to streamline processes.
Manage vendor relations, freelance contributors, and outsourcing as needed.
Promote a collaborative, deadline-driven, and innovative work culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations within digital media, content production, or a creative agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools and digital publishing platforms.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a solution-oriented mindset
