Job description
1. About 38 Management:

• We help our clients create, revamp or scale up their business.
• We help our clients go digital by providing them with the latest digital solutions and the most up to date customer support team


2. Requirements:

• Excellent and clear English communication skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Proven customer support experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Hospitality & restaurant experience is a must not less than 3 years supervisory level
• IT knowledge and experience is a plus


3. Job Description

• Respond to customer support tickets via online ticketing system in English or Arabic
• Escalate new cases and propose updates

• Escalate cases requiring other stakeholders including Product Development, Operations, or other departments

• Follow-up complicated customer calls where required.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.

• Train new clients in onboarding and insure all the right information is cascaded to the client and team to launch their digital solution
• Research required information using available resources.

• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

• Document all cases in the customer support system and support in the production of weekly and monthly reports on customer support activity

• Making recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
