About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions within our organization. You will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process

- Manage performance management systems and employee evaluations

- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

- Lead training and development initiatives to promote career growth

- Monitor and manage compensation and benefits programs

- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus)

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (minimum 2-4 years)

- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build strong relationships and handle sensitive situations

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
